What makes ELS programs better than other self-help programs?
It's
all in the recipe. Other methods may have some of the
ingredients found in our programs, but none offer you
this unbeatable recipe, which includes a special combination

• How do I use the audio
programs?
How you use them on a day-to-day basis depends on which
kind of program you are using. However, all programs are
designed to be used repeatedly. As with any learning process,
repetition and consistency are very important. Listen
to each program at least once a day for 30 days.
As far as day-to-day use goes, The Love Tapes® and the Effective Meditations™
series are designed to be used when you have time to relax
and close your eyes. These guided imagery/meditation
programs will put you in a very relaxed state of mind
and body. In this environment, your mind learns
better and faster and is more open to new ideas.
These programs are very powerful and you'll enjoy
the experience immensely.
The While-U-Drive®, Music Affirmations™,
and Walking Tape programs are designed to be used while
you drive, exercise, work, or any other activity. The
powerful information, affirmations, and programming techniques
on these programs will help you improve yourself without
slowing down.
• Can I use more than one
at once?
Yes. All of our products are complementary and supportive
of one another. You can listen to one today and another
tomorrow. Consistent use is the most important thing.
Listen to each program at least 30 times.
• Does subliminal programming
really work and how?
Many millions of people have reported terrific results
using subliminal programming techniques. Each of the programs
in ELS's Love Tapes series is available in two subliminal
versions. However, not all subliminal audio programs are
equally effective.
We believe that subliminal programming is most effective
when it's accompanied by an effective program that
works on the conscious mind as well. In other words, the
audio programs that work the best are those that combine audible
plus subliminal programming, as the Love Tapes do!
We know subliminal programming is a very beneficial supplement
to our audible programs. We know because our customers
tell us so. And real-life results are what really matter.
It also makes the audio programs more versatile, since the subliminal
side can be enjoyed at times when it is not possible to
close your eyes and relax deeply, as the regular programs
require.

• How can I get more information
about a specific product?
As you shop on our Web site you'll see that each of our
products has a detailed description which should give
you a very clear idea of how the program will help you.
However, if after reading the product-specific descriptions
you still need assistance choosing a title, please call
us. We can help. Our staff is very knowledgeable and can
help you find the programs that are just right for you.
• I have an order form
that requires I choose between “R”, “O”,
and “M.” What does this mean?
These codes refer to the Audio
Format choices that are available in the Love Tapes series. “R” refers to our regular/audible cassette version. “O” and “M” refer to our 2-in-1 subliminal cassette versions with the complete regular/audible program plus a subliminal version of the same program on the same tape. The “O” indicates that the subliminal program is masked with the sound of ocean waves while the “M” version masks the subliminal program with the sound of relaxing music. All the Love Tape programs are also available on CD. With the exception of 1 title, each CD contains the regular/audible version plus both the music and the ocean subliminal versions. The only exception is the title "The Joy of Sobriety." Due to the length of the program, we could not physically fit both subliminal programs on the CD.
• How long is each audio
program?
Each program varies in length. However, most programs
have a running time between 45 and 78 minutes.
• Can my child use these
audio programs?
We have several titles that are designed specifically
for children: “Self-Image for Children,” “Songs
for Self-Esteem, Volumes I and II,” and “Effective
Studying and Test Taking,” and “Successful
Teens.”
Most of our other audio programs, while designed to be used by
adults, are also excellent for children. One exception
is “The Joy of Loving” which deals with developing
healthy sexual relationships.
• Where else can I buy
these tapes?
Of course all of our titles are available here on our
Web site (www.efflearn.com).
However, many titles are also available in bookstores
across the U.S. and many international. Look for us in
Barnes and Noble, B. Dalton, Borders, Walden, and many
other bookstores. If your local bookstore does not carry
our programs, you can tell the manager that our titles
are available through Ingram and other distributors.

• Can I order
by telephone?
Yes. We’d be glad to help you place your order
by phone. Our staff is available Monday through
Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
After hours you may leave us a message and we’ll

• Can I order
over a secure internet connection?
Yes. This is the easiest and quickest way to order. Our
Web site uses 128-bit encryption to secure every purchase.
• Can I order
if I’m outside the U.S.?
Yes. We often ship overseas. There is an additional
shipping fee for any orders outside the U.S.
• How do I add
an item to my shopping cart?
Once you find an item that you like, click on “Buy
Now”. The item will stay in your shopping cart until
you’re ready to check out. You can add as many items
to your shopping cart as you like.
• How do I remove
an item from my shopping cart?
Click on the “View Cart” icon and you will
be directed to your shopping cart. Click the box marked
“remove” next to the item that you no longer
want. Click “update” on the bottom of the
page and the item will be removed. You can easily add
it back to the shopping cart at a later time.
• Will the items
in my shopping cart be saved if I have to leave the site?
Yes! If you have registered with Effective Learning Systems,
you are automatically given a "member's cart".
To save items in your members cart, just make sure that
you're logged in to the Web site before closing your browser.
Next time you come back to the store, simply login again
and all your items will still be in your cart!
• Do I have to
have a credit card or a debit card? Which credit/debit
cards do you accept?
If you are placing an order online, you must use a credit
card or debit card. We prefer American Express but we also accept Discover, MasterCard and
Visa. In order to use a debit card, it needs to have a Visa or Mastercard logo. It cannot be ATM-based
or require a P.I.N. to activate it. If you would
like to pay by check, please call us at 1-800-966-5683
or 952-943-1660 and we can we’ll help you place
the order by mail.

Shipping
and Returns

What are your shipping rates?
For orders up to $99.00, Postage and Handling is only
$3.99. Orders over $100.00 will be shipped free of charge
in the Continental USA. UPS second day shipments
require an additional $11.00. An additional $10.00 will
be charged on all orders shipped outside the USA.
• How long does
shipping take?
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. Standard
shipping usually takes 5-7 days within the continental
US. Orders outside the US usually arrive within
1-2 weeks.

How can I check my order status?
After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation
email with information regarding your purchase. Included
in that email will be a link to check your order status.
Remember, you can always see all details of your account
by logging into to the Effective Learning Systems Web site
at https://www.efflearn.com/account.php.

What is your return policy?
Each tape and CD carries a full warranty against defects
in workmanship for one year from date of purchase and
will be replaced free of charge. It normally takes about
30 days to overcome past negative programming and supplant
it with positive programming. If, after 30 days, you do
not feel a positive change, you may return your tape or
CD along with your original receipt to Effective Learning Systems during the subsequent
30 day period for a full refund.
• How do I return
a product if I don’t have the invoice or packing
slip?
If you ordered your product directly from Effective Learning
Systems, Inc. call us before you send us your return.
We will be able to look up your order and give you an
order number to send with your return. If you purchased
your product in a retail bookstore all returns require
an original receipt to receive a refund.

• Is your Web site
secure?
Yes - Effective Learning Systems implements industry standard
security policies to protect you while you shop. We work
to protect the security of your information during transmission
by using Authorize.net
to facilitate our credit card transactions. Authorize.net
processes the credit cards, so Effective Learning Systems,
Inc. will NEVER see your credit card number. Authorize.net
protects your privacy and information by using Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information
you input.
It's important for you to protect against unauthorized
access to your password and to your computer. Be sure
to sign off when you finish using a shared computer.
• What is your Privacy
Policy?
Effective Learning Systems does not require you to submit
personal information for general use of our Web site. By
"personal information" we mean any information
that would personally identify you, including your name,
age, address, telephone number, and email address.
Our Web server automatically logs information relative to each visitor's
domain or access provider, but does not recognize or log
individual email addresses. The Web site access statistics
are collected and analyzed to determine how many visitors
our Web site receives, what pages are being accessed, and
how often. These statistics provide us with useful information
about the performance of our Web site, and do not contain
any personal information related to our visitors.
Effective Learning Systems collects personal information
from our visitors only when it is submitted voluntarily.
We require all children under the age of 13 to obtain permission
from their parents or legal guardians prior to providing

your Gift Certificate code. Enter the code and the money
